As seen from Statistics Canada, visually impaired students struggle to keep up in a school environment and aren't getting enough assistance to help them past high school. Problems that many blind students face include lack of access to learning tools, inconvenience of travel, bullying, lack of practicality in courses, and affordability. Generally, blind students find it very difficult to progress in school which unfortunately leads to low employment rates. Schools should be accommodating for all students, not just the able-bodied. In order for us to even out the inequality, feel free to share this image and help us educate Vancouver on the visually impaired. Every share matters and will get us one step closer to the goal of creating real change within schools. If you feel inspired, start your own page to share with others as well! It only takes a second of your time, and will be a huge contribution to the betterment of our education system
